Your script will be reviewed by a professional editor and if there are any doubts about how a name or word is pronounced we will contact you for pronunciation.
How long until I receive my professional voice greeting?
Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery.

How will my file be delivered?
Once your professional voice greeting is ready you will be notified by email. Please be sure to set your email to allow incoming messages from Sales@Provoicegreetings.com.
You will be able to download an audio file containing your professional voice greeting from the customer service section of our website (Login Page - Click Here).
You will also be able to upload you file into your voice mailbox using our automated call attendant. Click here to learn more.
What happens if I get my greeting and I am not satisfied?
We will make every effort to ensure your greeting is error-free and recorded at the highest possible quality. If your greeting has a mistake, mispronounced word, or has a sound quality problem we will re-record your greeting at no charge to you.

There are several ways.
First: If you have a Virtual PBX or VOIP phone system you can often upload the audio file through your computer. Contact your phone system provider to find out what format they require. Often this information is listed on their website.
Second: If your phone system does not have the option of uploading your voice greeting through the computer, you can use our automated call attendant. This system was created specifically for you. Please visit our Upload Tutorial page to learn more.
Third: Almost all phone systems have a way to play on-hold music. Often these systems require that you plug in an external device, such as a CD player, to play your on-hold recording. This is no problem! We deliver your file to you in a format that you can burn straight onto a CD. If you don't have a way to burn CDs we will send you a CD at no charge. During the checkout process type "Please send CD" where it asks for Specific Format Instructions.

Sure, just order the same way as you would if you were ordering a business greeting. Your greeting can be uploaded to almost any voicemail system, including your cell phone or your account with the local phone company. Visit our Upload Tutorial page to learn how.
Back to TopHow good is the sound quality of my professional voice greeting?
Unless another format is chosen during checkout, your professional voice greeting will be recorded as a .wav file (PCM, 44 kHz, 16 bit, Mono) and will be delivered to you in this form. This format works with most phone systems while still allowing good sound quality.
Other formats offered include .mp3, .aif, .gsm, .vox, .ogg and all the .wav codecs (u-Law, PCM, gsm, etc.). If you need your file in a specific format, fill in the 'specific format' box when you type in your script and we'll make sure you get what you need.
Our automated call attendant will play files into your voicemail system at 56Kbits/s, Mono. Please be aware that your voicemail system will record your voice greeting at its own sound quality level. We cannot guarantee the quality of the recording once it has been uploaded to your voicemail system.
What if my voice mailbox resets and I lose my greeting?
Your professional voice greeting will be available for downloading from our website for one month from the date we notify you that your file is ready. Please store a digital copy of this file for future use.
Your file will also be available for uploading for one year on our automated call attendant.
Can I get my audio file in any format?
During the scriptwriting process you can choose to have your professional voice greeting recorded in a variety of formats including .mp3, .aif, .gsm, .vox, .ogg and several .wav codecs (u-Law, a-Law, PCM, etc.), just fill in the 'specific format' box when you type in your script. We are happy to deliver your file at a requested sample rate, bit depth and channel.
